Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. General Information
At Where to Travel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. The following conditions apply to all our guests who make a reservation.
2. Cancellation Terms

3. How to Cancel?

To make your cancellation request valid, you must provide your full name, tour dates, and reservation information. The cancellation becomes valid only when confirmed in writing.
4. Return Process
Approved returns will be processed no later than... 7 business days The refund will be processed within [timeframe]. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment (cash, bank transfer/EFT). Where to Travel is not responsible for bank processing times.
5. Cancellation Due to Force Majeure
The tour may be cancelled by Where to Travel in the following circumstances: full refund It is done:

- Declaration of natural disaster or state of emergency
- Epidemic or official authority decision
- Transportation infrastructure becoming unusable

7. Partial Cancellation
For group bookings, partial cancellation requests (cancellation of some participants) are valid within the periods mentioned above. Calculations are based on the per-person fee.
