Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

These terms of use, Where to Travel This document sets forth the terms and conditions for tour organization services offered by (Side Mah. Atatürk (Yalı) Blv. T. Şen İşmerkezi Sit. Schöner Raise Apt. No:4/1 Manavgat/Antalya – TÜRSAB Document No: 10742). Every person using our website or making a reservation is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

2. Scope of Service

Where to Travel organizes day trips departing from Side, Alanya, and Antalya/Belek regions. The services offered include:

  • Hotel pick-up and drop-off transfer.
  • Professional guidance service
  • Lunch included in the program
  • Entrance tickets for relevant tours (Land of Legends, Dolphin Show, etc.)

Any extra food, drinks, and personal expenses not included in the program are entirely the responsibility of the guest.

3. Reservation and Payment

Reservations can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or the website form. For a reservation to be valid, the following information must be provided completely:

  • First name, last name and phone number
  • Accommodation address or hotel name
  • Number of participants
  • Preferred tour date

Payment terms will be communicated separately at the time of booking. Prices are per person and may be in Turkish Lira or Euro.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Before the tour day begins at least 24 hours ago Full refunds are provided for cancellations made on the day of the tour or after the tour has started. No refunds will be given for cancellations made on the day of the tour or after the tour has started. Full refunds will be given for tours cancelled due to weather conditions, natural disasters or mandatory security measures.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Tour participants are required to comply with the following rules:

  • Be ready at the designated departure time.
  • Please inform us of your health condition in advance (chronic illness, mobility limitations, etc.)
  • Follow the instructions of the tour guide and safety rules.
  • Avoiding behaviors that would negatively impact the experience of other participants.

Participants who do not comply with these rules may be excluded from the tour; in this case, no refund will be given.

6. Limitation of Liability

Where to Travel cannot be held responsible for losses and damages resulting from the participants' own fault or negligence, disruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, official decisions, etc.), and damages caused by participants to third parties.

7th Amendment Rights

Where to Travel reserves the right to change the tour program, departure time, or itinerary by giving prior notice. In case of substantial changes, the customer is entitled to cancellation and a full refund.

8. Applicable Law

These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In case of disputes, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Antalya shall have jurisdiction.
